Treating our furkids special should be an every day thing. Love doesn't come in a package, but is the most important thing you can give.

i was just wondering if people did anything special for their pets on valentines day. it's a nice gesture, but i think most of these things are pretty silly...

I've noticed these articles lately have been giving really expensive ideas. We need an article about cute, affordable ideas.

I think these ideas would even be better if a portion of the proceeds could go to your shelter or rescue of choice.

As long as the prices aren't raised in order to compensate for what will be donated!

With all the computer programs available these days, anyone can create/print a label bearing a photo of their pet(s). It isn't necessary to "buy" one already made, especially since Valentine's Day gifts--like other occasionas--should be personalized and/or MADE by the giver!!!!

Years ago, my sister made me address labels with Chetzer's face on them. I LOVED them and thought they were "personalized" and "special". But they were so nice, I didn't want to use them!!!

Very true, but if it's for a good cause (like the wines through Best Friends Animal Society or the Snow Leopard Trust/Conservancy), the money is worth it. I do agree that it's overall better to make your own stuff cuz it comes from the heart!

Very cute! I know that you can get wine with artwork of the Michael Vick dogs on the label through the Best Friends Animal Society site. I don't think they ship to NJ or NY though :(

Interesting ideas. I like the Red Velvet pupcakes, but I still don't think I'll be getting anything for my pet for Valentine's Day.
