You might as well say that it's spring in Longview now, So Skitters with all this rain she could use a raincoat. If I take Skitters for a walk in the rain and I have an umbrella I try to hold it over her but she runs from it and won't stay under it. But she doesn't care if I hold it over my head as long as it is not over her head. The neighbor's cat Charlie seems to love being out in the rain what a strange kitty. Teddy hates the rain and Shorty will watch it but he wants to know what the heck it is. As for Skitters she hates the rain and won't go outside unless I go with her or I am taking her for a walk.
