It just goes to show that we don't even need to talk about our day. Just having a devoted pet nearby makes a huge difference.

I think this is true. Baxter definitely has a guilty face when he has chewed on something he's not supposed to. He can tell when something is wrong with me too. I was sick from heatstroke and stayed home from work one day over the summer and if he wasn't curled up on top of me, he was withing a 5 foot radius all day. Even when i'm not sick, every time I sneeze or cough he comes and finds me and jumps up like "are you ok?"

Skitters will pout when I leave if she sees me come out of my bedroom with my purse or my small backpack for volunteering down at the local humane society cause since I'm diabeteic I have to take stuff to take care of that. But if she sees those she knows that I am leaving and she can't go with me so she starts pouting I can't even turn my cell phone on until I am out of the drive way and at the end of my block otherwise Skitters hears the phone turn on and she goes crazy. When I get home Skitters my dog and my cats Teddy and Shorty go nuts and are so happy that I am home. My grandma's goldfish and kio fish outside in her pond acually get excited to see her when she gets home they swim all over come to the surface to greet her. Any pet can show this type of love and excitment.
