I really enjoy zootoo. I started using it bc I want so badly for my beloved shelter to win a makeover that it so badly needs, but I have come to enjoy the site. It keeps me updated on pet related news, that I wouldn't hear of on tv news. I get to order free samples, read other peoples opinions of products and services, and interact with others through the messages on the site. I also love to feel apart of a HUGE community of animal lovers! I have run into a few technical difficulties, but the staff of sootoo have always responded to my emails when asking questions. My only other complaint is that I notice some people abusing the site to get points for their shelters, but I guess it's bound to happen.

I joined for the same reasons, but have had the opposite experience. I emailed them with a problem on Dec.22 and they said they would get back to me in 2 days. It is Jan. 2 and still no reviews work. Enough.

I love zootoo and I have been telling all my friends and family. Because I have been reading the comments of others and finding out what is making the news, I have become more educated in pet care, pet products and new services. I have had some problems in attempting to refer friends but I think it is because I have an old MAC. I need a new PC.
