Interesting site...great marketing..but there's something I just don't get

Whoever had the idea for this website, it was a great idea. I always want recommendations about products and services....from people's real experiences.
Also, the marketing person is a genius. You've brought more nationwide exposure to this site. I do have to wonder how you're funding the shelter makeover. I hope it's all you've promised.
Here's what I don't get...the Western PA Humane Society seems to be LOSING points all of the time. It was well over 500,000 points more than a week ago...and it's under that amount now. I wrote to support about why my points were deducted...just a small amount, but still...I've followed all of the rules. I don't see points coming off of other top shelters. This shelter had been up to #14 not too long ago...and now it keep slipping. I can't imagine how some of these other shelters in a short amt. of time took such a lead. It's very frustrating. I REALLY hope you're being fair to all of the shelters.
Now...on the other hand, it's a wonderful thing for any and all of the shelters who are getting money. I can't knock that!
