Gorgeous 100 year old Saddle club

the Bit & Spur club has been in Eau Claire WI for over 100 years and the log cabin clubhouse is a really historic building, although not totally safe for use.
This has been the home of the "high tail" show for eternity, and a timed event arena is in the back portion of the grounds.
It is an experience to show here, all white wooden fences, grassy infield, 1st class operation - but needing some sort of indoor facilities
Pros: geautiful stables, lovely grounds, good surface
Cons: no indoor arena, clubhouse in disrepair
