A small black dog, appearing to be a poodle mix of some sort wandered onto my porch on Monday afternoon in the pouring rain. Her fur is matted as though she has been perhaps outside for some time but she seems well fed. Her back "fur" is very thin; perhaps from scratching at it. She is very friendly and affectionate; allowed me to pick her up with no apprehension. She arrived with a brown collar and matching leash and an uncut, full size flea collar. Has no fear of my two large (labs) dogs; in fact, my younger dog backs off when she barks or growls at him. I have taken to calling her "Fifi" .
