Heavy duty water bottle for indoor or outdoor use. Choose 8 oz. capacity for hamsters, gerbils, mice and rats. Designed for superior performance. Special no-leak vacuum action (when used as directed). Fits either inside or outside of cage. One-piece tube and cap assembly with a stainless steel double ball point tip. The enclosed bottle provides a protected water supply, reducing risk of contamination. Non-toxic, reliable, long-lasting thick wall bottle is resistant to ultraviolet rays. Filling Instructions Water Well bottles work in a vacuum lock. When bottle is filled and first inverted, press on the control ball and let water trickle out until vacuum develops before placing bottle in holder. Occasional dripping, due to temperature-caused expansion of the bottle, is normal, and the drops clinging to the control ball attract the animal, eliminating the need for training. Installation Fill bottle to capacity. Install bottle so tube tip will be two to three inches above cage floor. Attach bottle to cage with supplied holder or holdguard. Training Tip: When switching a pet from a water bowl to a bottle, place the new water bottle tip next to the existing water bowl. Allow time for your pet to become familiar with the new bottle, then slowly discontinue using the old bowl. Note: The natural gnawing instinct of some animals will lead them to chew on the water bottle where access is possible, causing damage to the bottle or tube assembly and possible ingestion of chewed material. Okay Water Feeder

posted 5 years ago

These feeders leak! They also hurt the animals tounge by scraping against metal. These are a very cute design however. These are also really hard to clean. A water bowl is much better for small animals.

Pros: Design

Cons: Leaks
