Vitamin Drops - good for dogs?

I just bought a bottle of this stuff, my dog Nala is sick, and the vet suggested it, even though it says its only for small animals. Just wondering if anyone has used this for their dogs or cats etc? Dont wanna do something dangerous, even though the vet said it's fine.
