We purchased a hamster that ended up with dri tail not long after purchase. It is a condition that is caused by stress, however this is the first hamster that I ever had (including when I was a child) that had this. Overall I am thinking that the price was OK, but once the animal is done with treatment then you end up with still over a half a bottle.

It's been several years since I've had to use this product. Maybe they've added flavor or changed the flavor or something, but our hamster did not like when we had to give it to her. But, the most important requirement for any medication is that it work, and Dri Tail does.

Pros: It works.

Cons: My hamster didn't like it.

It sure does the trick...my little fellas were feeling better in a few days. They didn't approve of the taste however, but I ended up adding it to their water, and it worked just as well.

Pros: Cleared up dri tail

Cons: they didn't like the taste
