the guinea pig needs more viamens and minerals then this food provides. They also need a little variety thrown in here and there with treats and such. It would help them to be more encouraged to eat it every day.. but without throwing in fresh fruits it would become too blah for them.

this is a great basic guinea pig pellet food that is great for using as a small amount daily. it works best with the rest of a proper diet that includes hay and fresh veggies. kaytee hay is also great.

We bought a bag of this food for our Guinea Pig. The G.P. wouldn't eat it. She likes all the goodies in the Fiesta mix. However, our rabbit just loves it!
