Wow! Bunny LOVES This!

posted 5 years ago

Wow! I recently purchased this bungalow for my rabbit. I was reluctant at first because it was a bit pricey, but I decided to give it a try. I'm thrilled that I did because I've never seen him love a product like this! He has only had it a few days and he is addicted to it. He loves to go inside and dig and chew the interior. Apparently, he wanted to "remodel" his bungalow because he has chewed a hole through the back of it. It's great...it provides him with hours of entertainment as well as a place to fulfill his digging and chewing instincts. In addition, it's a safe toy because it is made of woven Timothy hay...no wires or strings holding it together. Well worth the money for my bunny!

Pros: Provides hours of entertainment for my rabbit

Cons: A bit pricey; A bit messy once the rabbit is done digging in it.

A bunny favorite

posted 5 years ago

I'm always on the lookout for new bungalows for my bunny to try - she has a couple of variations of carboard playhouses - but I never expected her to love this as much as she does. She took to it immediately and prefers to spend her time cuddled inside. She has done some remodeling to add a "window" to the side (which has gotten a little messy), but for the most part, the bungalow is still fairly intact. I will definitely get this again.

Pros: Safe, good hay source, bunny loves it

Cons: Can be messy once bunny starts remodeling

Expensive, but nice

posted 5 years ago

This was a cute idea; an edible house. I love the idea of them being able to eat it since they love to chew. Only problem is, once they soil in it, it's no longer an acceptable hut since it can't be cleaned and disinfected. If you buy it and only keep it a few days, okay, but it's expensive as a temporary hut.

Pros: Healthy to eat

Cons: becomes soiled and breeds bacteria

Great for guinea pigs

posted 5 years ago

We bought this for our 2 guinea pigs. They love it. They sleep and hide in it. They chew on it constantly. We've had it for 3 weeks and it has held up well. We added a hand towel in the bottom to make the perfect nest.

Pros: Keeps them busy

Cons: a little big for the average cage

I have 3 cats and they love this food. They eat less and walk away with a full belly. Eating less means pooping less and less litter. All around a great choice for my cats.
