A bunny favorite

posted 5 years ago

I'm always on the lookout for new bungalows for my bunny to try - she has a couple of variations of carboard playhouses - but I never expected her to love this as much as she does. She took to it immediately and prefers to spend her time cuddled inside. She has done some remodeling to add a "window" to the side (which has gotten a little messy), but for the most part, the bungalow is still fairly intact. I will definitely get this again.

Pros: Safe, good hay source, bunny loves it

Cons: Can be messy once bunny starts remodeling

Expensive, but nice

posted 5 years ago

This was a cute idea; an edible house. I love the idea of them being able to eat it since they love to chew. Only problem is, once they soil in it, it's no longer an acceptable hut since it can't be cleaned and disinfected. If you buy it and only keep it a few days, okay, but it's expensive as a temporary hut.

Pros: Healthy to eat

Cons: becomes soiled and breeds bacteria
