This is really good for ONE guinea pig. It seems to suite my piggie quite well. The easy assembly also means it's easy to take apart, so thorough cleanings aren't very hard to do. Comes with food bowel; water bottle; treat; water sample; small bag of food, hay, and bedding; and the cage itself has a ramp and shelf. All this stuff helped me to determine my guinea pig's particular needs and wants.

My only problem is that my piggie has learned how to push the door open, so I had to use a hair clip to keep it closed now.

It's great for any first time guinea pig owners or if you just need a convenient sized cage for just one of your guinea pigs. =]

I have 1 guinea pig in this cage and when i 1st got it for her she loved it.....because she was only a baby guinea pig so she was small.Now she grew 4 inches and the cage is getting a little small for her so i plan to get a bigger one.But this cage would be GREAT for 1 guinea pig or baby guinea pigs.

This cage is way too small for a guinea pig. Ecotrition is not a good pellet choice for guinea pigs. It contains dried fruits, nuts, corn and seeds. Guinea pigs can choke on these. What they need are timothy based pellets. I wouldn't buy this.
