I received this as a gift and was excited about my ferrets using it. I soon became disappointed though because the 3 bendable poles that curve to form the upside down "u" tent shape don't stay tucked into the sides like they are supposed to. They frequently pop out which results in the toy collapsing flat.

The only way we could figure out how to keep the poles in place was to poke them through the material so the rubber tipped ends (not removable) got stuck in the fabric which prevents them from slipping back out. However, since the fabric is light weight, the front and back ends frequently lean and fall over to the ground and collapse rather than stand erect.

If it weren't for this fault, I'd have given this 5 stars since my ferrets enjoy crawling through it (when it is standing).

Pros: Fun idea and style

Cons: The metal poles keep popping out of the sides which collapses the tent
