I'd been looking for a wheel for my chinchilla and was absolutely thrilled when I found the larger version of this wheel. She loved it, and it was quiet as the product promised when it was tipping over and upsetting her cage. No matter what I did, I couldn't keep the thing upright for her. Eventually, she always knocked it over. After finding her beneath it one day after work, I finally decided to remove it from her cage for good which was a shame because she really enjoyed it. I wouldn't recommend this product for chinchillas or ferrets, but I would definitely recommend it for the smaller end of the small pet spectrum.

I got one for my mouse, who refused to even go near it. I left it in there for about a week and he refused to go in it, so I had to go back to the older style.

Ours seemed very flimsy and fell apart easily. They didn't seem to enjoy it as much as a regular wheel.
