Healthy, hoppy rabbits

posted 7 years ago

I have had rabbits as pets for over 20 years. Most of the time I have been feeding Nutrena rabbit food. I have one rabbit that will not eat any other brand. My rabbits are healthy on this food and my local feed store ALWAYS has it in stock. This has been a problem with some feeds I have used in the past. Nutrena is available in 16% protein for pets and in 18% protein for show rabbits and for does who are feeding young.

Pros: Local feed store always has it in stock

Cons: Sometimes has a lot of fines in it

I have 3 cats and they love this food. They eat less and walk away with a full belly. Eating less means pooping less and less litter. All around a great choice for my cats.
