I bought this product for my rabbits and have tried using it for my rabbits several times. I would not recommend it as it is hard to determine if you have it snug enough to prevent your rabbit from escaping. I also found that the velcro came open easily if the harness got caught on a branch or a bush.
I tried reinforcing the velcro with a safety pin but that took time and caused some trauma to my rabbit who did not want the harness on in the first place. I think that there are harnesses on the market that would be easier to put on and provide more safety from the rabbit escaping.
