this is a pretty spacey cage for chinchillias and ferrets.. i have a friend that owns a couple of ferrrets and i think that it would be wonderful and spacy for them

Guinea pig cages need solid bottom cages, no wire bottoms. That's the major difference between rabbit and guinea pig cages. The problem with this cage is that the wire sides extend all the way down the sides. Guinea pigs need bedding on the bottom of the cage. Without solid lower sides, the bedding will end up all over the floor. The best guinea pig cages have a removable, solid, washable pan at the bottom and upper wire sides and top for good ventilation. This cage would be tough to clean.

We have one just like this at our shelter. It is very roomy. The wheels are a nice touch, too. The only things I dislike is that I have a hard time sliding out the tray underneath for cleaning.

this is average size for guinea pigs. personally I prefer a bigger one. It is very nice that this one is higher off the ground. you don't have to sit on the floor to spend time with your pigs.

This is a great cage. We used it when we had rabbits "donated" at the front door of the shelter.

Cons: nothing
