It is a nice size for 2-4 rats (four if you have smaller girls) and is a decent price for its size.
The small doors make it hard to put wheels or other large toys in the cage. You cannot hang hammocks and toys in the bottom half because of the mesh full shelf that divides the upper and lower halves. The wire mesh came apart easily after a year of use on the full shelf (I have lazy manrats, not energetic girls, so they're not hard on the cage), and I had to lay down tile so that my rats wouldn't get scratched by the mesh.
Pros: lots of room, can easily move shelves, deep pan
Cons: Small doors, hard to reach in the back, mesh comes apart easy.

I love the outside frame of this cage but the mesh wires are so weak that I will have to replace them when the rats get older. Not to mention I am going to have to cover them with cloth because rats are not supposed to always walk on wires.
I could see this cage being good for sugar glider babies as well.
Pros: High rise, sturdy outside and pan, small wires no escapees!
Cons: Mesh is weak, levels are weak.
