my favorite litter for bunnies. no smell unless you stick your face in it (not reccomended, btw), doesn't clump up or track out of the litter pan, and provides a market for recycled newspaper! with the dark color you can't really see the color of urine, which is a problem if you suspect bladder infections, but shouldn't be a huge concern because i think my bunnies might not pee in the box if they had infections because of the pain. it's good and cheap and easily available.

I love this and it works nicely, but for the price, wood pellets are better for me. The color is also not the best when trying to keep track of bunny poo!

Sometimes we mix it in with the wood pellets.

I used to use this for my rats when they were alive. Rats have stinky urine and this product did a great job of obsorbing odor and moisture.

The rats loved to dig in it and used it as bedding as well. It is dust free, which makes it safe for rats and other small animals. It is environmentally friendly.

It lasts quite a while in the cage before getting stinky. It is best to scoop the soiled areas out every day. It is heavier than some other products, such as CareFresh, so more of it stays inside of the cage rather than all over the floor.

I love yesterday's news small animal bedding. I use yesterday's news for my rabbits litterpan. Not only is it more absorbent than any other litter I've tried but it does a pretty good job at controlling odor. Also, it doesn't really stick to the bottom of the litterpan. It's kind of expensive but definitely worth it because the 20 lb bag lasts me a really long time.

This product is marketed as "small animal litter" but it's the same as Yesterdays news for cats. If you buy the Yesterdays News for cats it's a lot cheaper and your getting the same thing. I've used all kinds of litter for my ferrets and I find this to be the best. With the sand and crystal litters I found that they liked to dig and scatter it all over their cage. With Yesterdays news there isn't much of a mess because they don't dig, they just do their business. It's the only litter I'll use
