Takes a good reading

posted 5 years ago

We have one of these in Puffs tank theyre good and last long, and are fairly accurate, the only thing is it lost its stickiness and we just lay it on the warm side of the tank, actually Puff gets a kick out of it, we believe he moves it around when were not looking.

Pros: easy to read, compact

Cons: loses stickiness

Digital is better

posted 5 years ago

I find this product to be poorly made. The temperature zones are nice for people that are new to the herp world. But they have a tendacy to fall from where you put it. The plastic front has come apart on me as well. I like digital much better.

Pros: Has temperature zones

Cons: Don't stay where you want it
