I had a guy at a pet store sell this to me for my water turtle. Whoops! No good for heating water!

Cons: not good for aquarium setup

Because I have three frogs, I need to have crickets. I have them in a ten gallon tank and I keep this heater in one corner for them because my downstairs area can be slightly cold. They all go and huddle next to the heater and only leave to eat. The one thing that I do not like about this heater is that it says that it will heat the entire aquarium but it does not. In my case it is not really neccesary to heat the whole tank, so I highly recommend it.

Pros: Good for warming one area of an aquarium

Cons: Does not heat the entire aquarium

works very well for heating the bottom of tanks

Cons: making sure it won't get in contact with something bad

This is a very good thing for your Reptiles tank .

Pros: I like because it is good for the reptiles.

Cons: I don't like because it get to hot.
