Tortoise litter

posted 6 years ago

you can buy it in bulk at any farm supply store and it actually is a whole lot better then the walnut shells that we were using before. plus it doesnt smell as bad.

Pros: It keeps the smell to a minimum.

Cons: it looks like bird seed. lol

Great for lizards

posted 6 years ago

I bought this for my savannah monitor and he loves it. It warms up great and he likes to sink down in it where the heating pad is. I'm sure he prefers it over the sand I used to use.

Pros: Great for lizards, non toxic

Cons: like bird seed, difficult when you spill it
