We used this for our lizard and when she passed away we started using it each spring to watch monarch caterpillars turn into butterflies. I'll add picture reviews..

Awesome Product

posted 6 years ago

All in all this is a great product. I purchased a reptarium and I was able to get a much larger "tank" for my bearded dragon than I would have been able to afford if I had purchased a traditional aquarium. The reptrium is easy to set up, diassemble, clean, move. It's just all around easy. The extra ventilation helps decrease the build up of odors in the enclosure. My 2 month old beardie still likes to climb the mesh... don't know if this will become a problem as she gets older or not. So far I am 100% satisfied with the product.

Pros: Lightweight. Easy to clean and transport. Lots of ventilation. Keeps humidity low.

Cons: Some constraints in how you set up heating/lighting so as not to damage mesh.

Previous Retailer

I own a company called GoldReptilians.com we used to reatil these cages and we just loved them they were our cage of choice we would constatly be using them to store our reptiles we had to do away with them when our suppliers business went under however we did get a new supplier but they do not carry Apogee products so we were sad to loose these items from our inventory.

Pros: Cheap to buy and easy to set up.

Cons: Not so easy to heat.

Reptarium Cage

I like using thse cages for outside cages in the summer time. The downfall is if you have species that need to be kept warmer during winter it is hard to keep the temp up and the draft can make them prone to sickness.

Pros: light, easily moved

Cons: can be too drafty
