Not worth it...Really

posted 5 years ago

It seems like a great idea. But this is basically a fancy container for feeding. I use a ziploc container with a lid and get the same effect.
Add cricket dust to bottom of ziploc container, add crickets, snap on lid...shake shake shake...dump crickets into viv. usually the crickets barely touch the ground before they are eaten by my dragons.

Pros: fancy feeder

Cons: not worth the $$

Powder plus crickets = yum

posted 5 years ago

it is next to impossible to get a calcium powder on a cricket. with this easy to use little rock you just pop the powder in it and shake the crickets up. they come out the little hole covered in powder. they also have a place to go back to if they are not eaten, making the cage space cleaner and easy for a dragon to catch his next meal without looking far

Pros: you can provide nutritionaly healthy food for the dragon

Cons: getting the crickets in the house

Unsatisfactory product

posted 5 years ago

I did not like this product. If you have to pick this product up by the top due to a tall cage or a hard to reach into cage setup the bottom falls right off, and when it comes time for feeding when you take the plug out the crickets wont come out.

Pros: you can control how many crickets you want out

Cons: the crickets dont usually come out
