Zoo Med's floating turtle log is the first product on the market designed for interactive play with your pet aquatic turtle! Aquatic turtles can become bored in captivity. Zoo Med's Turtle Log provides a naturalistic hollow log to swim through, sleep in, or bask on top of. The Turtle Log is made from a special type of urethane that allows the log to float at the water surface. The Turtle Log is also weighted at the bottom to prevent "rolling" so as to allow your turtle to crawl on top and "bask just as they would in nature.

Prefer the turtle dock

This scares me because my turtles almost got stuck in it. Upon reading the other reviews I discovered that this is not unusual. The turtle dock is much better because they cannot get stuck in it and drown.

Pros: ok

Cons: some dangers associated with it
