Chuckit! Ball Launcher

(5 out of 5)

Throw farther, faster, and never bend down to pick up a slimy ball again with the Chuckit! dog toy. Durable plastic wand firmly grasps a tennis ball then releases it as you swing. With a little practice, you can consistently throw the ball 100 to 140 feet.

The ChuckIt! Ball Launcher gives your arm a break during long fetch sessions.

November 15, 2010 8:41 pm | By Zootoo Editor Flinn D.

The Chuck It! Tennis Balls, by Canine Hardware, are enhanced versions of your basic fetch ball. The modifications make the fetch ball more chewable, and provide a splash of bright color to make them easier to find in a bush. Who hasn’t tossed a tennis ball for their pooch only to have to go and help them dig it out of greenery before? That won’t be a problem with the orange, green and blue Chuck It! You’ll never have to look far for your ball.

As an additional benefit, the surface of a regular tennis ball has been manipulated in order to give the ball more texture and durability in the face of hard, focused chewing. The result is a fetch-and-chew toy that is so effective, it puts more unnecessarily complex toys to shame. Simply put, Chuck It! reminds us that sometimes, simpler is better. And with the Chuck It! Ball Launcher, your dog will tire of playing fetch before your pitching arm does, for once!

When the inventors of the tennis ball created a ball for aristocrats to knock back and forth on afternoons in the English countryside, they didn't know they were also creating the perfect fetch-and-chew toy for generations of dogs and their masters. This is the lesson of Chuck It! – that if something isn’t broke, you shouldn’t try to fix it. With its rubber seams, natural resiliency and tough exterior, Chuck It! is the perfect chew toy.

Pros: Extends playtime when your dog is in the mood for fetching; tough, resilient exterior.

Cons: None.

What a hit with the dogs!

posted 3 years ago

What a hit with our dogs!! We got it awhile ago and they loved it! I've never been great at throwing balls, and our dogs are fetch-a-holics, so this was a great solution!!

Pros: not a lot of work, the ball goes farther than you could ever throw it by hand

Cons: sometimes it goes too far

Chuck it Rocks!

posted 4 years ago

I'm TERRIBLE at throwing balls! They never go in the direction I waqs aiming for and a lot of times I let go too late and the ball lands on the ground right in front of me... NOT fun for my playful puppy! But the "Chuck-it" sends the ball clear across the dog park!

Pros: The ball really soars!!!

Cons: Sometimes it goes
