Good product when used for the right reasons

This is a great product for adding extra shine and cutting down on shedding. However, an animal's coat reflects their overall health. If their coat is dull and looks unhealthy then there is probably an underlying problem. Masking the problem doesn't make it go away.
Pros: great way to add shine and cut down on shedding
Cons: can cover up underlying health problems

Helps with shedding

I use this in the cat food to keep the shedding down. They like it better when I just put it on a piece of cheese, but then I have to fight off the dogs
Pros: less hair on the couch
