haved used this on my dogs when they have had an eye infection and it clearred their eyes up

Gentamycin is an antibiotic that is given in a nebulizer along with dexamethasone at our shelter for upper respiratory infections. 1cc of each. This is a very effective combination. The dexa opens up the airways and the gentamycin helps the infection. We usually see a difference after nebulizing in 2 or 3 days. It has really made a difference in URI for our cat population. We haven't seen bad side effects.
