I have one of these charms that says 'Prince' on my dog's collar. He gets treated like one-so why not tell the world! I would not put this on a puppy or any dog that is unsupervised.
Pros: Adds a little sparkle
Cons: Not for puppies

Since I only allow my dogs to wear these when I can supervise, I do not see them as a choking hazard. They are cute, and I recommend my customers monitor their dogs when wearing jewelry.
