When I decided to groom my dogs myself I chose these clippers. They have worked really well and seem very durable. Like any clipper with a cord - it can get in the way sometimes. But I like the idea of a constant power supply instead of worrying if the battery is going to slow down. I'm not very good yet and take a long time.
Pros: Works well
Cons: Not cordless
