personaly i don't mind if squirrels feed at the feeders everything is entitled to eat. i donot begrudge any thing feed. i had a couple of feeders that anything can feed from and a couple that make it hareder for anything but the birds to feed from. i have never understand why people have a hard time with squirells. they are so cute to see hanging upside down at the feeders. just feed a little more to compinsate. it is just as hard for them to find feed in the winter as for the birds

We had one of these at our old place. I thought it was really cool, but we only saw squirrels use it a few times. Usually the corn would go untouched. Not sure why, it could be that they saw our dogs out in the yard and that scared them off. Even when the dogs were inside, we rarely saw a squirrel eating.

I have these feeders that I use to keep the squirrels away for my bird feeders. Put corn on the cobb in them and hang them anywhere. It's that easy.
