Cheap, cool squirrel feeder

We had one of these at our old place. I thought it was really cool, but we only saw squirrels use it a few times. Usually the corn would go untouched. Not sure why, it could be that they saw our dogs out in the yard and that scared them off. Even when the dogs were inside, we rarely saw a squirrel eating.
Pros: Cool, simple feeder
Cons: Some squirrels don't get it
