This is a great vacuum. It's light, and it doesn't require bags. It has the best way of dumping the canister of any vacuum I have tried. It actually does pick up pet hair -even from our cat who looks like she exploded every time she sits down. The only problem I have with it is the convenient wand has a long tube in it. In order to use it, you have to be at least as far away as the tube, or the the hose gets kinked.

This vacuum works great as long as you take care of it, it is easy to empty. The filters need to be cleaned regularly or it doesn't work, but they are easy to clean, you just rinse them in the sink and wait for them to dry. Doesn't lose suction.

Pros: Great power, and it doesn't lose it suction over time.

Cons: Dog Hair gets stuck around the wheel at the bottom.

This vacuum is amazing on pet hair. It never loses suction and is really easy to use on normal carpeted floors. However, sometimes I have trouble when trying to use the wand on the stairs. There's a really long tube in the hose so you have to maneuver the hose and vacuum just right to reach what you are trying to vacuum.

Pros: Great on pet hair

Cons: wand and hose are not user friendly

Worlds best.....no need to use anything else!!
