Pond Water Shade

I am not fond of the blue color this product makes the pond water. It looks unnatural in our pond. My husband thinks it makes the water look clean. Either way, it works to provide needed shade in the summer. It is useful for ponds that don't have natural shade from trees etc. Use if needed.

Pros: Provides fish shade. Is safe to use w/ fish & plants.

Cons: Unnatural color blue. Costly.

The blue in the big ponds doesn't look natural. But I do like to keep some of the container gardens with a little color, since they are more decorative pots close to the house. More formal water gardens can handle a little color.
