Whisker City Jester Hat & Collar For Cats
(4 out of 5)
The Whisker City Jester Hat & Collar costumes your cat without fuss.
October 12, 2011 4:58 pm | By Zootoo Editor Flinn D.
If the photos of pets in costumes available on sites such as this one are any indicator, canines can often be good sports about dressing in disguise, while felines merely endure the humiliation and plot their eventual revenge on us humans. However, with the Whisker City Jester Hat & Collar for Cats, you may be able to get your cat into a fun, festive costume without worrying about any long-term consequences to your own safety.
The Whisker City Jester Hat & Collar is a two-part costume, consisting of brightly colored pink, purple and gold components. Both the hat and the collar are adjustable and relatively easy to take on and off your cat.
Of course, the “relative” ease of getting the Whisker City Jester Hat & Collar onto your feline – and then keeping them on – depends on how cooperative your cat is. But a few well-placed treats can go a long way, and once the hat and collar are in place, the pieces are designed to be secure enough that you should be able to keep them in place long enough to snap photographic proof that you were once successful in costuming your cat.
If you are able to garb your feline in the Whisker City Jester Hat & Collar, the costume is cute and festive, and the hand-washable material is soft enough not to cause any discomfort to your cat (beyond the emotional discomfort of wearing a costume at all).
Pros: Easy to use; hand-washable.
Cons: Your cat may not be ready for any costume at all.
