This is a nice idea but I think that its only made for bigger dogs, and not the smaller ones.
Pros: Promotes safety

Good product - freaks dog out on first day

Really need this if you jog with your pooch or walk in dark areas. Very, very bright and durable. Guardian Gear seems to make great products.
