So Perciful, our 15 pound Chihuahua was at a rugby game recently. He couldn't play, as the week prior he injured a leg playing polo at the country club. Apparently his horse had an allergic reaction to his dog shampoo/conditioner combintation, and ran into a large clump of trees.
Nonetheless - Perciful, the sports freak that he is, just can't sit around the house. No no. He likes life in the fast lane, so when the 1st ever canine Rugby game was played in at a local park, he flashed the puppy dog eyes (and a few incisors) and off we went.
While watching, he noticed that the winning team was wearing these amazing Rugby shirts. Striped cornflower. Man oh man. That very night he demanded that we go on a quest. A quest for a rugby striped cornflower tee.

I have to admit I used to think buying apparel for dogs was silly, but I've come tosee that they really enjoy wearing the outfits (within reason) & that for many, they need the extra protection from the cold. This shirt is FAB.

My husband played rugby in college. Anything rugby he loves. He bought these T shirts for our dogs. Our dogs are huge so the t's are a little snug but for the average size dog they would be fine.

This is a nice medium weight shirt, more for fashion than for warmth. Though it would also make a nice sleep shirt for the pup that gets chilly at night.
