these snack sticks mixes a vitamin and mineral with high quality seeds fruit nuts and vegetables. Hangs easily from the cage and will last for a week or so. They can be messy so I hang it in the center of the cage

I like to get this particular brand of treat stick for my tiel. They aren't as sticky as some of the others and I like that they are made specifically for tiels and other Australian birds. Another plus, is that after he has eaten all the treat, there is a wooden stick left that he can chew on for a little bit. I let him shred off the little pieces of wood for a bit before I take it out of his cage.

Pros: When it's gone, they can play with the stick!
