Quill loves this stuff, but it is a fattening treat, so I onlt give it to him once and a while.
Also the seed shells go everywhere, so I am constantly cleaning them up.

My bird loves these, he eats them like crazy, they are not too expensive and all natural, they are fattening but he gets them every other day and he seems fine.

Pros: birds love these, great taste, not too expensive

Cons: the seeds are small and come off easy trying to put it in a holder or break it, fattening.

the 5 pound millet is really good. my two birds really like it and i am thinking about buying the 5 pound millet again.

Pros: my birds eat it and not get sick
