I love to feed the birds and squirrels in the winter. And for the squirrels, I use ear corn. I like getting the Morning Song as I love the bird seed and suet.

The 6.5 pound bag of Golden Ear Corn is only $5.87 at Walmart. Again, I buy it because I like Morning Song the best. If I have to get a different brand, I will but not because of price. I like the better brand.

We usually get all our wild bird food at Walmart. It is affordable. They carry the Morning Song line of stuff. The Golden Ear Corn comes in a big bag and the squirrels love it. We usually just toss it out under the trees if it is nice out. If bad weather, we do have a few platform feeders and nails on the trees we use.

The wife did just get a new corn cob holder which is really cool. I hope the squirrels like it.

We buy this corn occasionally. The ears seem to be larger and more intact than other brands on the market. We have two feeders just for squirrels in our backyard and they always have an ear of corn.

The squirrels love corn. They will come and bring their friends and the corn will be gone in no time. Luckily the corn is cheap to purchase and at any pet store or stores like walmart. Dun to watch the squirrels eat the corn.
