Lafeber's Sunny Orchard Nutri-berries Parrot Food

Rating: 4.9

Average rating from 16 reviews.

(4.9 out of 5, based on 16 reviews)

The delicious and enticing orchard flavors of sweet apricots, tempting raisins, and tangy cranberries are added to the Nutri-Berries nutrition for a healthy nugget your bird will find irresistible. Veterinarian recommended Nutri-Berries are the most fun-to-eat, easy to accept food ever made. These nutritious nuggets have the shape birds naturally enjoy and a balanced, superior source of nutrition with an irresistible taste and aroma. Proper nutrition is critical to the good health and long life of your parrot. Nutri-Berries were formulated by Dr. T. J. Lafeber and an avian nutritionist for that very reason. The round shape helps assure that Nutri-Berries will supply the dietary needs of your bird. Nutri-Berries were designed to change your bird's bad eating habits, like picking out some seed and ignoring the others. Nutri-Berries are actually 96% eaten, meaning more nutrition for your bird and less waste on the floor for you. Combine Sunny Orchard Nutri-Berries with your bird's current diet. Once your bird begins eating them, discontinue the previous diet. Note: Most birds accept Nutri-Berries right away. However, if your bird does not initially, flatten them and mix with current diet until accepted. Once your bird is eating Nutri-Berries, feed your bird as much as will be eaten in a 12-hour period (about ten to 12). Let your bird empty the food dish before adding more. Ideally, your pet bird will be fed twice a day, with the dish being emptied after each meal.

Mitchel wanted more

posted 7 years ago

Mitchel would see the bag of these when we returned from the store and start declaring "More". He got very excited to know he was going to have some Nutri-berries. This is not the only food we fed Mitchel it was fed as a treat. He normally ate what ever we had for our meals. Still he gave a beak of approval for these Nutri-Berries.

Pros: nutritious, not messy, affordable

Cons: none
