Kaytee Jumbo Treat Spray

My birds love millet and it is lower in fat and higher in nutrients than most seed. It also keeps them more active because they have to crack open the small seeds to get to the inside.

When I first gave them this jumbo millet they didn't even recognize it and were afraid of it. It took a little while for them to understand it was millet but once they did they took to it the same as the other smaller millets.

I don't know that it has more nutrition or anything just much larger sprays. Be sure not to buy too much at a time or it gets very dry and the seeds fall off as you try to put it into the cage. Buy just enough so that it keep fresh.

Your bird will have a great time tearing into this treat. It helps to break up the routine boredom of being left home alone all day.
