My bunny Lil Bit loves his salt wheel and we've used the mineral wheels also. These are good for the bunnies and safe too. The wire holder doesn't cause any problems on the cage. It is easy to install.

i had a salt wheel in my rabbits cage and she didnt even touch it.

My hamsters have all loved the salt wheel - but they are all freaked out by the plastic holder - they won't go near the wheel if it's on the plastic thing. If I take the wheel off and set it on the floor of the cage, the hams go nuts and love the salt.

Pros: Hams love salt.

Cons: For some reason, freaked out by plastic holder thingy.
