A good base food

This is a good base food for hermit crabs. They still enjoy fresh food and need fresh water to survive. When I had hermies years ago, this was one of the main foods that I fed.

Crabby Patties

This has been proved a good food for our hermit crabs, we mix it with a powdered food but this stuff is always gone first. They seem to have healthy exoskeletons. My kids call them crabby patties, thus the title.
Pros: Supports healthy exoskeletons
Cons: Questionable as to mix it with other food or not
