I have the regular yellow Dyson and I just love it. I finally convinced my boyfriend to buy it after my old room mate had one and it made such a difference. Best vacuum cleaner I have ever owned. I usually would have to replace my vacuum every year with the amount of dog hair I vacuum up, but we have had this almost 2 years and no problems. My old room mate did have a part that broke and he called customer service. 3 days later he had the new part delivered...free of charge. So they are also a wonderful company!

Not sure of our model, but we love it. It is worth the hefty price tag, bc the cheap ones don't last and they don't work very well.

I wish it were lighter and quieter. Otherwise I love it. I have attachments I don't use often, but several that I do use. I vacuum carpets, bare floors, and furniture. The suction is so good that it can be a little bit of a pain, bc if you are not paying attention it tries sucking up anything it gets close to, like curtains. Or small spongey balls the cat found.

The filters can be washed and reused, and the canister emptied. I have three dogs and it is amazing the hair and dirt this thing picks up.

I was leary of spending so much on a vacuum, but it was worth it. We have had it for about 4 years and no problems yet.

The commercials don't lie, the suction is amazing. The best thing about the Dyson though is that the attachments are easy to use and have the same power as if you were using the upright. I use the attachments to vacuum my furniture and when I'm done you would never know that there are cats lounging on it every day.

Anything that you might have heard about a Dyson vacume is TRUE !! The first time we vacumed our house with our new Dyson we could not believe how much was picked up. It even picks up cat dander.

This is an awesome vacuum. I don't own it, but one of my friends does. She loves it. It can pick up even the finest hairs. This vacuum truly does live up to all of the hype.

Pros: never loses suction!!!
