My simple goldfish seemed to enjoy this food but frankly it is hard to tell (they used to eat flakes) This is easier to control in the sense that the fish only eat what is on the stick so it's less wasteful and doesn't cause the mess that regular flakes often do (i.e. when you overfeed them.)

Buy this in the larger size to get you thru the summer. Floating sticks are a favorite of the Koi. Does not promote great growth but that is OK in smaller ponds. Goldfish like it as well.

This is a good all around food for Koi and goldfish. Floating sticks don't pollute the pond as it is easy to monitor how much you are feeding them.
