A good thing!

This is a good addition to add to any of your fish's diets.My Catfish,Pleco's ,Loaches love it,and I've noticed that the goldfish don't mind eating it at all.People don't realize that animals need well balanced diets to stay healthy also.
Pros: The fish seem to love them
Cons: can make a mess if you overfeed.
