He'd eat turkey bit not turkey and giblets

posted 5 years ago

Since Kittles has been eating Fancy Feast cat food since we adopted him 7 1/2 years ago, I have been trying to broaden the amount of flavors he will eat. In the beginning, there were only about 5! Now, there are several and he loves a lot of the Elegant Medley's flavors too!

Kittles will eat Fancy Feast turkey dinner but for some reason did not care for the turkey and giblets flavor. I don't know why but there must be either a smell or taste to it that is different than the plain turkey variety.

I am giving this a 4 because I know and trust the fancy Feast line. Kittles is just a little finicky!

Pros: Fancy Feast Line

Cons: A little more costly but worth it

Gourmet versus Sliced

posted 5 years ago

I have a multi-cat household so those little cans don't go too far. But since I have quite a few Persians who sometimes have trouble eating, the gourmet ground is perfect for them. Sliced food just doesn't work for them. They love the chicken and beef the best although the marinated isn't bad either.

Pros: Easy to eat and store

Cons: Could have a larger can
